1. (H3) Caregiver / Resident Assistant (Full-Time & PRN)
Shifts Available
- 7:00 AM – 7:00 PM
- 7:00 PM – 7:00 AM
- PRN (As Needed)
Responsibilities
- Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs)
- Provide companionship and emotional support
- Assist with mobility and transfers
- Observe and report changes in resident condition
- Maintain a safe and clean environment
Requirements
- Compassionate and dependable
- Ability to work 12-hour shifts
- Prior caregiving experience preferred (not required)
- Must pass a background check

2. (H3) Driver (Resident Transportation)
Responsibilities
- Transport residents to medical appointments and errands
- Ensure resident safety during transport
- Communicate appointment details with staff
- Maintain a clean and safe vehicle
Requirements
- Valid Texas driver’s license
- Clean driving record
- Reliable and punctual
- Experience transporting seniors preferred

3. (H3) Assistant Coordinator
Responsibilities
- Assist with daily operations of the assisted living home
- Manage inventory and supplies
- Assist with caregiver scheduling
- Support hiring and onboarding
- Create flyers and assist with outreach
- Send emails to facilities for partnerships and referrals
- Help manage incoming referrals
Requirements
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Ability to multitask and work independently
- Experience in healthcare administration or coordination preferred
